Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; must have experience in inpatient and outpatient settings 2. Cases: 3-D Mammography, Diagnostic Mammograms, Screening Mammograms preferred; Fine Needle Aspiration, Needle Localizations, Stereotactic Biopsy 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT R required; must be registered in mammography 4. License: OH license required; any state RN license accepted, can apply for temp license on offer (takes 5-10 days), compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Report of mammograms done since Oct 2023, list of 25 mammograms done under supervision during training, breast imaging CE certificates since Oct 2022, mammogram training certificate, 8 initial CE hours in Digital Mammography, 8 initial CE hours in 3D DBT, ARRT verification document, ARRT Procedure Log if training after July 2017 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: No weekends, no call; traveler must be available every other holiday; patient ratio days: 5 8. RTO: Request with initial submittal; no RTO added after offer; manager's discretion; maximum 14 days allowed; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Radiology local radius 30 miles, accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Up to 24 hours billable, 18-24 average hours during orientation, up to 8 hours annually, self-reported to manager 13. Travel Experience: Will accept first time travelers 14.
