- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3+ years required; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: Multiple service lines including Carotid Endarterectomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft, Endoscopic sinus procedures, Radical neck dissection, Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, Tracheostomy, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair, Laparoscopic procedures, Thyroidectomy, Whipple, Abdominal hysterectomy, C-sections, Arthroscopy, Laminectomy, Spinal Fusion, Total knee/hip replacement, VATS, Lung resection, Cystoscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, fracture repairs 3. Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA required; MUSC does NOT accept NCCT; Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency 4. License: South Carolina license preferred; pending licenses considered with proof of application or walk-through process completion 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Yes, 2 weekends in 6-week schedule with weekend day call coverage; holiday rotation required 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted; 7 days or less non-holiday RTO for auto offers 9.
