- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; 1st timers accepted 2. Cases: Total joints, spine procedures, sports medicine, podiatry, general/laparoscopic, colorectal, robotics with DaVinci XI, vascular, minimal GYN, urology. Does NOT perform neurosurgery, L&D, endo, cardiothoracic, hearts, whipples, liver ablations, or complex surgeries 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Call is minimal with in-house teams; averages 3-4 shifts per 6 week schedule; every other weekend unless specified elsewhere 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at time of submission; no RTO requests post-offer or onsite 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as traveler; return travelers must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying if cancelled or DNR 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed during orientation, vary by specialty, recorded via transcripts, hours factored in NBO 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
