Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Procedural radiation cases, managing patients through prep to discharge 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; CHEMO, OCN preferred 4. License: MO or compact license required (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday, no call required, float within service line as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must be completed 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
