Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Radiation oncology cases, port accessing on pediatric cases strongly preferred, Stage 2 recovery for pediatric anesthesia 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS required; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location by compliance deadline 4. License: MO license (submit without license OK, requires MO or compact); IL license in hand required at submittal; Compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 07:00-15:30, no weekends, holidays, or call required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with any holiday RTO); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission; 1 request allowed 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except for specific positions 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs, completed pre-start through WorkRamp, billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr, must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
