- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Previous Charge Experience required 2. Cases: RN will rotate through triage, antepartum, labor, circulate, transition (no post-partum); Facility births/month 200-300; High Risk Antepartum 3. Certifications: NIHSS, BLS, ACLS, NRP required; AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM preferred 4. License: Pending license accepted with submission, must be active before start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7.
