Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum recent experience required 2. Cases: Geriatric cases; 2 SOCs per day with additional 2 visits average 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: License in-hand required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required; OASIS experience required for SOC 7. Shifts/Call: Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon approximately 12-hour shifts; on-call rotation may be required 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time
