Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Certified Sterile Processing Tech

Shift: Mid / 3p-11:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs/week
Length: 26 weeks

A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. 

Requirements:

• 5 years of SPD experience
• Must have 1 year experience in a level 1 academic medical center with 20 or more ORs
• Must have Service Line experience 
• Minimum of 2 travel assignments for at least 13 weeks each
• Competent in Decontamination, Prep and Pack, Steam sterilization, Low temperature sterilization and endoscope
• Recent case pick and sterilization experience
• Experienced with DaVinci Robot Xi
• Familiar with Olympus Scopes and Washer
• Familiar with loaner trays
• Familiar with hand washing delicate items
• CRCST (HSPA)
• BLS
• Preferred certifications can also include CER, CIS , and CHL
