Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Dialysis
Shift: Days / 8a-8p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, Monday - Friday, holiday rotation, Every 3rd weekend
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- IA License
- At least 1 year of Dialysis experience
- EPIC electronic medical systems experience
- Equipment experience with: Fresenius
- Experience & proficiency with blood transfusion
- Experience & proficiency with heparin
- BLS
Other Details:
- EMR: EPIC
- NO 1st time travelers, must have completed a travel assignment within the past 15 months
