Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Intermediate Care/Stepdown
Shift: Nights/ 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs/week
Length: 13 Weeks
would be put into a holiday & weekend rotation
Requirements:
- IL license
- 2 years' experience
- Must be able to read telemetries
- Must be comfortable with chest tubes
- ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Other Details:
Travel RNs are first to float. Can go to ICU if they have extensive ICU experience, otherwise would go to Gen Med floors. The travel RN would take whatever assignment is required for that level of care. Example: ICU: 2 patients, Gen Med: 5-6 patients
Nurse to patient ratio of this unit- 3-4 patients/nurse
