Requirements:
- FL License
- 2 years of experience
- Either Hermann & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification or APTA Board Certification in Pelvic & Womens Health
- BLS
- Preferred experience in Evaluation and Treatment of Pelvic Rehab for Urinary Incontinence, Fecal Incontinence and Pelvic Pain for Men
