Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - LPN Acute 3 East
Shift: Days / 7a-7p, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, Every third weekend, EOH
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- OH License
- 1 year of clinical patient care experience
- LPN EKG exam is required
- Recent acute care/hospital exp required to be considered
- BLS
Other Details:
- This position will accept local candidates
- Navy Blue Scrubs
- 30 Bed Unit
- MS/Tele unit with a primary focus on neurology.
- Neuro/neurosurgical, cardiac, renal and med/surg. Post-cath without intervention, stable arrhythmias, post-pacemakers, syncope, and chronic renal failure.
- Drips: Heparin.
- Oxygen: Stable trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, High flow. No ventilators. Max O2 requirement is 6L.
- Team Nursing Unit
- 1:10 ratios
- One RN takes 5pts, one LPN takes 5pts, and they have a tech per team
- 1 HUC on days. Goal is to have charge out of ratio
