Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist
Shift: Days / 8:30a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, Mon-Friday, and every other weekend availability
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- OK is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 Year inpatient rehab or acute experience
- Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A)
- Degree in Physical Therapy
- Primary Source On-Line Verification
- BLS
- First Aid certification preferred
