Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Social Worker

Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week, at least every other weekend
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:
  • WA License
  • 2+ years acute care as a Social Worker Case Manager in a hospital setting
  • BLS
  • LICSW WA license is highly preferred, will accept LASW, LSWAIC, LSWAA, or LICSW-P (probationary)
Other details:

  • EMR: EPIC
  • Floating: throughout hospital
  • Scrub Color: any color scrubs or business causal
  • Skills required: management of a case load of 15-18 patients (may flex higher/lower based on complexity and length of shift), Social Work generalist skills: psychosocial assessments, discharge planning, competency assessments, mental health evaluations, suicide risk assessments and safety planning; soft skills: interprofessional collaborative practice, multitasking and time management, documentation and communication skills, ability to adapt, flexibility with different floors/units or assignments, and experience with these social drivers of health is a huge plus: cultural diversity/bilingual care engagement, homeless, substance use disorder, poverty
