Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Perm - Occupational Therapist - Outpatient 

Shift: Days / 9a-5:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week,   Monday-Friday

Length: 52 Weeks 

Weekend Requirements 1 per month

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of experience preferred but would be willing for new grad.
• Successful completion of MyMichigan Health and affiliate specific orientation. Successful completion of new hire competency.
• Interpersonal skills needed for effective verbal and written communication in the English language to interact with people individually and in a group at all levels.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating problem solving and organizational skills, time management skills and initiative.
• Mandatory Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is required and must be completed annually according to the Exposure Control Plan.
• Ability to work where employee may be exposed to communicable diseases. Ability to use personal protective equipment correctly.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to demonstrate and teach selected treatment routines to appropriate professional and non-professional individuals.
• AOTA membership preferred.
• Bachelors Degree
• BLS - Basic Life Support - Within 1 month of hire or transfer
• NBCOT - NB Certification in Occ Therapy
• OTR - Occupational Therapist
