- AZ is part of the PT compact privilege states
- 1 year OP experience
- BLS

- Radius Rule: 50 miles
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: General ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, falls - large geriatric population
- Charting System- Cerner
