Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x1, 8hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- TX is part of the PT compact privilege states
- Minimum 1+ years of recent PT experience
- BLS AHA
- Required Skills: Orthopedics, Neurologic
- Epic experience within the last 12 months

Requirements
• Minimum 1+ years of recent PT experience
• BLS (AHA, RQI)
• Active State License
• Required Skills: Orthopedics, Neurologic
• Epic experience within the last 12 months
• References - 2 Clinical References from Supervisors within the last 3 years. (1 required at time of submission)
Orientation Details
• Available Monday's - 0800 to 1630
• 1 Unit Orientation Shift
• Modules - 8 Hours
Shift Details
• 8 Hours: 0800 to 1630
• Pre Booking availability anticipated 1-2 weeks in advance
• Same day shift needs may arise occasionally
• Estimated to have 2 to 4 shifts available per month. Highest need will be Monday to Friday.
