Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Peds - 4th Floor

Shift: Days/ 7a-7p, 12x3, 36hrs/week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• CO license
• 2 years Peds acute care experience
• Must be comfortable with high flow oxygen, spinal fusion, chest tubes
• BLS
• Candidates with multiple years’ experience in traveling are first to be considered
• Will not put new travelers- first contract- on day shift, they must be willing to do night shift

Other Details:

• EMR - Meditech
• Number of Beds – 36- all private rooms with parent sleeping accommodations
• Patient Ratios –  Mixed care- step down patients (spinal fusions, chest tubes, high flow oxygen. We do not do any CPAP, BiPAP or trach/vents in the department, they all go to PICU) are staffed 1:3 and basic care patients are staffed 1:4
• Type of equipment -  Phillips Monitors
