Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks 

Weekend and on call Requirements: Possible, as needed

Requirements:

• IA License
• At least 2 years of previous OT experience across all age groups required
• Home Health experience strongly encouraged
• BLS

Other Details:
