Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN - EP Tech

Shift: Variable D/E / 7a-5p, 11a-9p, 10's, 12's
Length: 15 weeks

Requirements:

  • 1 year EP lab clinical experience
  • Equipment Experience Required: Philips X-Ray machine/Siemens x-ray machine, GE Micropacer
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • CCI RCES/RCIS
  • ARRT preferred
  • Fluro Permit preferred

Days/Evenings (Tuesdays required) 10 &12 hours available (0700-1700 / 1100-2100)
Requirements:
1 year EP lab clinical experience required
Certifications required. If a class is scheduled please attach registration.
BLS
ACLS
CCI RCES/RCIS
Certifications preferred:
ARRT
Fluro Permit
Skills Required: Cerner, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Hemodynamic monitoring / Ablations
Skills Preferred: Groin closure device, Peripherals, Laser lead extraction
EKG Settings and Experience Required: Inpatient, Outpatient, Obtaining vitals, Sinus node rhythms
Work Setting Preferred: Trauma, Children's Hospital
Equipment Experience Required: Philips X-Ray machine/Siemens x-ray machine, GE Micropacer
Equipment Experience Preferred: 3D mapping Biosense, 3D mapping Abbott/ESI, Siemens X-Ray machine, GE/Abott EP4, ViewMate U/Sound, Siemens U/Sound, GE U/Sound, Laser lead machine
Reference Requirements:
2 supervisor references, including one from the most recent assignment
Orientation information:
Two full unit orientation shifts shadowing a current tech scheduled based on availability (M-F only)
Additional information:
Charting system: Cerner (experience required), GE Cardiolab
Medication: Pyxis
Separation period : 1 year
Daily Caseload: average 18
Scrub Color: Provided
