Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Social Worker - Case Management

Shift: Days, 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40 hrs per week

Length: 16 weeks

Weekend rotation: Weekend work will be expected and although the unit will try to work on EOW, that a flex depending on the staffing needs of the unit.
Holiday Expectations: Staff holidays like weekends, 1 summer or 1 winter

Requirements:

• 2-3 years acute care (SW & CM experience)
• BLS
• LICSW WA license is highly preferred

Other Details:

• Will accept LSWAIC (will not be assigned to ER if LSWAIC)
• EMR: EPIC
• Floating: Throughout hospital
• Beds: 226 beds
• Patient Ratios: Matrix for staffing 1:15, assigned to a unit with a RN.
• Patient Types: All areas within hospital NICU, ICU, PEDS, MS, Telemetry, Oncology
