Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - PICU - Level 3

Shift: Rotating or Nights / 12x3, 36hrs/week, EOW (Saturday and Sunday, days or nights)

Length: 13 Weeks

Requirements:

• CO license
• 2+ years in a comparable PICU as staff RN Experience caring for patients from birth to 21 years with diagnoses including (but not limited to): Respiratory: nasal cannula, Trilogy BiPap/CPap, all ventilators Chronic childhood diseases Sepsis, TBI, DKA, seizure disorders Oncology, metabolic disorders, NAT Surgical patients: neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, general surgery
• Education: BSN
• BLS, PALS
• Prefer 2+ years staff experience
• 1 year travel experience in teaching facility PICU preferred
• Will consider increased staff experience in lieu of little to no travel experience
• Preferred: ACLS

• Float Requirement: As needed
• Equipment Proficiency: Trilogy & Drager ventilators Codman ICP monitors Medfusion syringe pumps Baxter large volume IV pumps
• Eligible to float to all inpatient care areas (including critical care and acute care floors)
• Travelers do not float to ED, OR, or inpatient Psych
• Float: Client reserves the right to float or reassign Personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competence
• Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Policy: Medical and religious exemption requests are allowed for the 2025-2026 season
