Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN - PCU
Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x1, 12 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- NJ License
- Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU acute care experience
- Experience with patient populations include Heart failure patients, hypertension, Cardiac Rhythm issue, Trach/Vented patient with multi-organ issues, LVAD patient, Patients with pulmonary HTN
- Experience with Management of Heart Transplant Patient, Lung Transplant Patient, Kidney Transplant Patient, Pulmonary Hypertension Patient, Ostomy Care
- AHA BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
Other Details:
- Charting system: Epic
- Patient Ratio Experience: 1:4
PCU RNs are needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of PCU/Step Down acute care experience
- Active RN License
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS and NIHSS cert
-Experience with patient populations include Heart failure patients, hypertension, Cardiac Rhythm issue, Trach/Vented patient with multi-organ issues, LVAD patient, Patients with pulmonary HTN
-Experience with Management of Heart Transplant Patient, Lung Transplant Patient, Kidney Transplant Patient, Pulmonary Hypertension Patient, Ostomy Care
- 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year
Shift Details:
- Shift Times: 1900-0730
Orientation Details:
1 day computer training at home, 2nd day on-unit @ 7a
Additional Details:
- Charting system: Epic
- Scrubs color: Navy Blue
- 1-year separation for previous staff
- Parking is free in unassigned spots
- Allowed 2 shifts mx per week
- Please be aware of sub review turnaround time could take 1-2 weeks!
