Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Social Worker - Case Management

Shift: Rotating / 12x3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 13 Weeks 

Requirements:

• 2 years acute care hospital
• EPIC experience
• 1 year acute + 1 year of Hospice, HH or other work with elderly
• MSW & LICSW or LSWAIC
• BLS

Other Details:

• EMR: EPIC 
• Patient Types: Medical Surgical, ICU, Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, ER coverage on weekend
