• CA license
• 2 years' experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP,  Advanced EFM
• Cerner experience required

• No first time travelers
• Ratios: Follow state and AWHONN guidelines
• EMR: Cerner; fetal link; hugs security system
• Floating: Post partum--float first; will float to NICU as well
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: High risk OB w/ multiple co-morbidities; multiple births; no neonatal surgeries completed at this facility
