• 2 year of verifiable ICU experience on a straight ICU (Acute Care Hospital setting) in the last 3 years
-NIH **NIH Required for Telemetry, ICU, ED, Observation, PACU, and Surgery Prep. Must be completed through Apex or Blue Cloud, and renewed annually. AHA not accepted.
• Two supervisor references, updated within the last year and from working within the last 2 years. Must be from unit (ICU) they are applying to. Both references must be included in the application at the time of submission.
– Clinicians are expected to float. ICU floats to Tele and OBS where/when needed.
• Charting System: Meditech (reference guide provided in compliance)
