$2,086.00 to $2,336.00 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – PT – Outpatient 

Shift: Variable Days / 8×5, 40hrs per week, M-F

Length: 26 weeks

Requirements:

• VT License
• 2 years current PT experience – Required 
• Previous Rehab Experience – Required
• Previous travel experience – Required- At least 3 mos. 
• Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy – Required 
• AHA BLS
• NPI required
• CPSI EMR experience – Highly Preferred
• Previous experience working with PTA’s – Preferred

Other Details:

• Must be flexible – Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
• Typical patient ratio:  8/day Monday-Thursday, 6 on Friday.
