Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN – LTC
Shift: Days/ 7a-7:30p, 12×1, 12hrs/week, EOW
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- OH license
- 2 years’ experience
- Nursing home experience w/ Geriatrics
- BLS
- Skilled/Rehabilitation Center preferred
- Previous charge experience preferred
Other Details:
- Accepts 1st time travelers
- Charting System: PointClickCare (experience required)
- Medication System : Omnicell
- Patient Ratio: Depending on unit and census, our nurse to resident ratio could be 1:27, 1:15; or 1:8 (and sometimes fewer). Nurses are supported by aides who have a ratio of about 1:10 (days) and 1:12 (nights)
LTC RNs are needed
Requirements:
– Current BLS
– Nursing home experience w/ Geriatrics
– Accepts 1st time travelers
– 2 clinical references, at least 1 leadership reference from assignments within the last year
– No previous direct employees are eligible to return in a per diem capacity
Preferred Work Setting :
– Skilled/Rehabilitation Center
– Previous charge experience
Shift Details
– 12 hours shifts
Orientation Details: 3 days total
-1 day virtual to be completed before start day (any day is fine)
-1 day general orientation to take place on a Monday
-1 preceptor shift to be scheduled during general orientation
Additional Details:
– Charting System: PointClickCare (experience required)

– Scrub Color: Midnight Blue
