Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – PT – Outpatient
Shift: Variable Days / 8×5, 40hrs per week
Length: 26 weeks
Requirements:
- VT License
- 2 years current PT experience – Required
- Previous Rehab Experience – Required
- Previous travel experience – Required- At least 3 mos.
- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy – Required
- New grads will not be considered for this need
- Updated CAQH Required in profile
- NPI required in Profile
- AHA BLS
- CPSI EMR experience – Highly Preferred

- Must be flexible – Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
