Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Med/Surg – Neuro/Acute
Shift: Days, 7a-7p, 12×3, 36hrs per week, with weekend and holiday rotation
Length: 18 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday are considered the weekend both shifts
Holiday Requirement: Every other
Holiday Requirement: Every other
Requirements:
- IL License
- 1 Year of experience
- Must have level 1 Trauma experience
- Must have previous Travel experience
- Must have heparin gtt experience
- AHA BLS
- NIHSS
- Must have prior experience working on a dedicated neuro unit
Other Details:
- # Beds: 54 beds (2 semi private)
- Nurse: Patient Ratios: Day shift 1:4-5, Nights 1:5-6
- No first time travelers
- Floating Requirements: Float in rotation with rest of staff. General unit traveler floats to general unit floor
