Job Description
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, every other weekend rotation
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- WA License
- 2 Years Experience
- Skills required: cardiac rhythm interpretation, medication titration, proning, knowledgeable about hypothermia protocol, chest tubes, drains, invasive line monitoring (a-lines, CVP)
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
- Travel experience strongly preferred
Other Details:
- Floating: Respiratory Unit (Medical Floor), Surgical, Tele, PCU, or ED as Helping Hands
- Charting System/Equipment: EPIC, BD Alaris IV Pumps, Pyxis (medication dispensing)
- Patient Types: stronger in Medical than CV/surgical is preferred
- Patient Ratios: 1:2-3 (based on acuity)
- 388 total bed level 3 Trauma Center with 18 mixed ICU beds: 8 single occupancy, 5 are double
