Requirements

Orientation Details
• Orientation will not be provided!
• Clinician will move to PDW once cleared. They must be prepared to begin working independently and have the ability to integrate quickly.
• Pre-Start Modules – 8 Hours
Shift Details
• Nights, 1900 to 0730
• Pre-booking available via the Shifts App
• Clinicians may submit availability for us to proactively market to facilities
• Cancellation Rule – Clinician may be removed from the pool if they cancel 2 shifts within 24 hours of shift start time in a 30 day period!
• MemoiralCare Separation Period – 18 Months. Previous staff/travel will be sent to facility for approval!
• Scrubs – Navy Blue
• Patient Ratio – 1:4 Cardiac Monitoring, 1:5 Medical Surgical level of care
• Unit Information/Patient Diagnoses – Specializes in care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring, medical, and surgical interventions. Common medical and surgical cases include but are not limited to: acute arrhythmia, heart failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, myocardial infarction, cardiac surgery patients, percutaneous coronary intervention, transcatheter aortic valve replacement, and other cardiovascular related conditions. Provides care to patients with other surgical/medical conditions.
