Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Hospice
Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Holiday Requirements: if falls during the work week and is a minor holiday, unless they want to pick up a major holiday (Thanksgiving and Christmas)
On Call, Call Back Requirements: will be dependent on need and can be discussed during final interview with manager
Requirements:
- NC License
- 1-2 years of Hospice experience in the home – home visit experience is hard stop
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
- Experience working Hospice Home Health, as well as visiting patients on hospice care in Long Term Care settings
- BLS
Other Details:
- This is a FIELD position requiring traveler to commute and provide care within the home setting
- Will accept a first-time traveler
- EMR: Homecare Homebase EMR
- Float: In field position
- Patient Types/Job Duties: nd of Life and Hospice eligible patients
