Job Description
Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – PT – Outpatient
Shift: Days / 7a-5p, 10×4, 40 hrs per week, Tues, Wed or Thursday
Length: 16 weeks
Requirements:
- AZ is part of the PT compact privilege states
- Must have 2 years recent experience in an outpatient setting
- Recent experience working with an adult and geriatric population
- Graduate of an APTA approved four year bachelor’s degree program, or foreign equivalent
- AHA BLS
- Education/experience serving people with physical disabilities preferred

- Comfortable with MER documentation – Meditech
