Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Social Worker – Case Management

Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40hrs per week
Length: 13 Weeks

Holiday Expectations: Will not work holidays on site, but could be “on call” for holiday

Requirements:

• 5 Years of Social Worker and leadership experience
• Must have leadership experience
• LICSW
• MSW
• BLS
• EPIC experience
• Certification in Case Management preferred

Other Details:

• Beds: 226 beds
• Will accept a first-time traveler
• Be familiar with discharge planning process, assisting with staff orientation and onboarding, overseeing daily/monthly scheduling, ensuring daily staffing is appropriate, hiring/terminating, staff development, anticipating needs of department. Will have minimal training once here
