Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a PRN- Telemetry
Shift: Days, 7a-7:30p, 12×1, 12hrs per week
Length: 15 weeks
Requirements:
- MO License
- 1 year minimum experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIH
- Certifications required. If a class is scheduled please attach registration
- Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry strips.
Other Details:
- Charting System- Epic
- Must obtain CPI through the hospital within the first 12 weeks
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
- Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Unknown
Shift 12 hours (7a – 7:30p)
Requirements:
– 1 year minimum experience
– Active RN License
– Certifications required. If a class is scheduled please attach registration.

– ACLS
– NIH
– Must obtain CPI through the hospital within the first 12 weeks. Classes offered monthly. 1.5 hours of prework followed by a 4 hour class. All time spent is paid.
– Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry strips. Dysrhythmia exam must be passed at orientation.
Reference Requirements:
– 2 references, at least one must be a supervisor, from within the last 2 years of employment
Orientation information:
– Orientation offered every other Tuesday. Two consecutive days (Tuesday and Wednesday) generally both 7:30a – 4:30p. Must be able to attend both days consecutively. This will be followed by two consecutive unit orientation shifts scheduled individually based on availability.
– Upcoming orientation start dates: 6/17 & 6/18; 7/1 & 7/2;
Additional information:
– Charting system: EPIC – experience required. Must pass test out at orientation
– Separation period: 1 year but then reviewed on a case by case basis
– Staffing Ratios – 1:5 on days; 1:6 on nights
– Covid vaccination: Not required
– Scrub Color: Any color – Top and bottom must match, no patterns or logos
– Parking: Free in the parking garage. Please do not park out front.
This is a float pool position within their CRU unit. Clinician could be assigned patients up to stepdown level acuity.
