Travel Nurse (RN) – Psychiatric (Psych) – Glens Falls, New York – 916343

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Behavioral Health – Inpatient 

Shift: Days / 6:45a-7:15p, 12×3, 36hrs per week, Every Other Weekend/Holiday rotation required, No call

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• NY License
• Minimum 2+ years of Behavioral Heath Unit experience 
• Experience with Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients 
• Recent travel experience 
• Experience with de-escalation of agitated patients
• AHA BLS 
• De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or NAPPI/Welle Certifications
• EPIC experience 

Other Details:

• Average daily census: 20 patients
• RN to patient ratio: 1:9 (depending on census)
• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
• Average stay length: 5-7 days
• EMR: EPIC
