Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Rehab – Short Term

Shift: Days / 7a-7:30p, 12×3, 36 hrs per week, EOW
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• KY license
• 2 years experience
• EPIC required
• BLS

Other Details:

Locals within 50 mi are accepted

BLS/ EPIC REQUIRED

PATIENT RATIO 1:8 (LOW ACUITY)

2 YEAR EXP IS REQUIRED

Adult/Geriatric patient population

Sub acute. Short term rehab.

Stroke recovery, hip fracture, etc.

Every other weekend coverage.

COVID (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) and Flu required

Tattoos/piercings – no nose rings or gauged earrings

Nails – should be less than 1/4″ in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable

Cafeteria – no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site

Parking – free in any unrestricted space

Scrubs – Navy Blue
