Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Neuro/Tele 6S

Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12×3, 36 hrs/week. Call: As Needed

Length: 17 weeks

Holidays: Required in rotation

Weekends: Required in rotation

Requirements:

• WA license
• 2 Years Experience
• BLS, NIHSS

Other Details:

• Charting System: Epic Systems Corporation – EpicCare Inpatient – EMR
• Should be well versed in cardiac arrythmias and are up to date on EKG competencies
• # Beds: 30
• Neuro/Tele – mostly Stroke & Seizure Patients
• Types of Pts: Wide range, consisting of post-ictal seizure patients, new strokes with q2 hour neuro checks, s/p TPA/TNK, s/p craniectomies/burrholes, elective VEEG patients where seizure are induced on the unit, amiodarone/diltiazem drips, s/p cardiac caths, s/p PM/ICD placement, s/p ablations, IVIG, plasmaphoresis. Overflow MedSurg patients, as needed
