Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – LTC

Shift: Days / 6a-2:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week, EOW

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • WA License
  • 2 years Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care experience
  • BLS

Other Details:

  • Charting: Net Solutions
  • Considered “local” within 50 mile radius, will accept locals
  • First-Timers Accepted: No; Travel Experience is required for this role
  • Float: Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
  • Ratios: 1:15-25
Long Term Care LPN

– Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
– First-Timers Accepted: No; Travel Experience is required for this role
– Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
– Certs REQ: BCLS
– Is On-Call REQ?: No
– Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes – Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
– Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
– Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local” within 50 mile radius, will accept locals
– Pending License Accepted: Yes
– RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
– Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every two weeks)

– Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.
