Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele Float

Shift: Nights / 6:45p-7:15a, 12×3, 36 hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule minimum (weekend= Saturday/Sunday); plus holiday rotation obligation

Requirements:

  • MO License
  • 2 years experience
  • IV start and Telemetry required
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • NIH preferred

Other Details:

  • Charting: EPIC
  • No locals, 75 mile radius
  • First-timers accepted
  • Will float to all Medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro
  • Ratios: 1:5-6 for Days and weekends, 1:6 for Nights

Start date: 3-4 weeks out per compliance tier
Ratios: 1:5-6 for Days and weekends, 1:6 for Nights

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes. Will float to all Medical units, renal, oncology, and neuro
– Float process: If we pre-assign the worker to a particular unit for any part of their contract with us, it will be communicated to the worker along with the timeframe for the pre-assignment.
– Workers that remain in our float pool are asked to call in to a recorded line up to 1 hour before the scheduled shift start time, to receive their unit assignment for that shift.

Special Requirements: lift devices (will train), ceiling lifts, and bladder scanner
– Medical: Nurses will float between medical, surgical, oncology, and neuro, cardiology units
