Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Pharmacist
Shift: Variable Days / 6:30a-7p or 8a-4p, 8’s, 12’s, 36 hrs/week
Length: 13 weeks
(12-hour with 30” unpaid lunch)
Weekend Requirements Yes, every 4th
Holiday Requirements Yes
Requirements:
- WI license
- 1 year of experience
- Successfully completed NAPLEX required
- Review of medication orders for drug therapy and evaluate appropriateness of use, dose, dosage form, regimen, therapeutic duplication and drug interactions
- Experience or ‘Must have’ skills EPIC and Automated Dispensing Cabinets
- BLS
Other Details:
- Cover (ER, ICU, Inpt, Outpt, etc.) Critical access hospital with ED, ICU, Med/Surg, Behavioral Health Infusion Center, Surgical Center and infusion center. Likely will focus on clinical area, with less focus on infusion center
