Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele – 4th General 48’s

Shift: Nights / 6:45p-7:15a, 12×4, 48 hrs per week, will consider 36’s EOW

Length: 13 weeks 

Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays

Requirements:

  • NC or Compact License
  • Minimum 1 year experience
  • Skills: IV Start, Telemetry
  • BLS
  • ACLS & NIH preferred

Other Details:

  • Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers
  • Locals Accepted
  • Target Ratios: 1:6/7 – 1:6 Target Ratio during normal staffing (max 1:7 ratio when census is up/ during critical staffing)
  • Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty
  • FLOATING REQUIRED as needed
  • UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:

Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st time travelers.

JOB DETAILS:
Target Ratios: 1:6/7 – 1:6 Target Ratio during normal staffing (max 1:7 ratio when census is up/ during critical staffing)
Unit will accept contracts from 13+ weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!
*36 or 48 Hours Can Be Offered.
Shift: 12HR NIGHTS; 18:45 – 07:15
Float Requirement: FLOATING REQUIRED as needed.
Weekend Requirement: Every other Weekend REQUIRED.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
Patients are med surg (We no longer accept cardiac telemetry patients as before).

UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR

SCHEDULING TYPE: Self scheduling; ***NO BLOCK SCHEDULING will be accommodated***

UNIT ORIENTATION: 24 hours

SCRUBS: Navy and/or White.
