Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – LPN – LTC

Shift: Mid / 2p-10:30p, 8×5, 40 hours per week, Every other weekend

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • WA License
  • 2 Years of Skilled Long-Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
  • Must have experience with Central line blood draws, central line dressing changes, IV pumps, Starting IV’s
  • BLS
  • Previous Charge Experience required
  • Electronic Documentation required
  •  Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transport

  • Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local” within 50 mile radius, will accept locals

– Years of Experience REQ: 2 YR of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
– First-Timers Accepted: Yes
– Weekend REQ: Every other weekend
– Certs REQ: BCLS
– Is On-Call REQ?: No
– Will this traveler need to float between like units?: Yes – Typically 3 shifts/24hrs spent in TCU, with remaining time spent floating to other areas
– Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
– Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered “local” within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
– Pending License Accepted: Yes
– RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
– Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call of traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
