Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – MRI Tech 48″s

Shift: Nights, 6:30p-7a, 12×4, 48hrs per week, Fri-Sunday

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • OH License
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a large hospital; level 1 preferred will accept level 2 experience
  • AHA BLS
  • ARRT
  • ODH certification
  • Associate degree in Allied Health with an area of study or major: Radiologic Technology
  • Must have GE equipment experience
  • Travel experience preferred
  • Trauma Level I & II Experience preferred

MRI tech that is interested in 3 or 4x12s, Friday- Sunday 6:30p-7:00a

Must have the following requirements:
• Associate degree in Allied Health with an area of study or major: Radiologic Technology
• BLS is required through AHA and, ARRT, ODH certification.
• Will be fitted for N95 before working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a large hospital; level 1 preferred will accept level 2 experience.
• Travel experience preferred.
– Must have GE equipment experience


Other Requirements:
• Traveler must be available to work every other holiday.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel 3 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract/2 shifts for an 8-week contract.
• Premier Health reserves the right to cancel the agreement with 2 weeks’ notice without fee or fine.
• Travelers are not eligible for Premier health employee incentives.

Knowledge/Skills:
• Independently performs diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
• Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.
• Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the Radiology Department.
• Exercises professional judgment in performing duties to maintain equipment in good working condition.
• May perform procedures in other imaging modalities based on departmental needs. May have on-call responsibilities.
