Travel Nurse (RN) – Tele/Stepdown (Telemetry/PCU) – Louisville, Kentucky – 902248

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – 5 West Medical-Surgical Intermediate PCU

Shift: Nights / 6:45p-7:15a, 12×3, 36hrs per week, Every 3rd Weekend, & 2 Fridays in a 6 week period

Length: 13 weeks

Blackout dates: 2 weeks preceding Christmas and ending after New Year’s Day; It is also expected to work 2 of the 3 holidays; if they are off on Christmas Day then they are expected to work Christmas Eve.  

Requirements:

• KY License 
• 2+ Years’ PCU Experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Cardiac Drip experience preferred

• EMR: Cerner
• Float Requirements: Yes- Any Med Surg or PCU unit
• Number of Beds: 21
• Patient Ratios: 5 – 6:1
• Equipment: Telemetry, IV Pumps, SCDs, Alaris Pumps, Lift equipment
