Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel –SLP Home Health

Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8×5, 40 hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks


Requirements:
  • MD requires SLP’s License
  • BLS
  • 1 year of Home Care experience REQ (Experience must be within the last year)
  • Must have Medicare-certified home health agency experience
  • Skills REQ: Home Health, Discharge, Evaluation, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Medicare Documentation, Homecare Homebase, Family Education, Telephone Calls, CVA, Bedside Swallow Evaluation, Thickening Agents, Compensatory Techniquest,
  • Skills Preferred: OASIS E, Acute Care, Transfer Training, Multiple Sclerosis, Adaptive Equipment Experience, TBI, Degenerative Diseases, Anoxia, Laryngectomy, Tracheotomy, Hearing Impairments
  • OASIS E preferred
